■*1.【General response to head/neck injuries】

1.After being injured, get as much bed rest as possible for a day and perform follow up observations up for the next 48 hours.

2.If there is a change in condition during observation (e.g. has a lack of return of consciousness and feeling exhausted, experiences convulsions and seizure, has no energy and quickly falls asleep, experiences repeated nausea and vomiting, exacerbation of headache, content of conversation is confusing), immediately consult a medical institution.

■*2.【Nosebleed】

1.First, apply pressure to stop the bleeding.

2.Hold the alar wings (wings of the nose) firmly as if pinching the nose with your fingers and get some bed rest.

3.Do not hit the back of the head.

4.Bend forward and try to spit out the blood without drinking it.

■*3.【If hit by a car or fell from a high place, when there is a serious injury to the face or head(Perform the following until an ambulance comes)】

1.Because there is risk of injuring the bones of the neck, keep the neck of the victim in a resting state.

2.Support the victim's head by holding it from both sides with the hands so that the neck does not move much.

3.Hold the head in place without attempting to pull the head or trying to return the bent neck to its normal position.
