■*1.【Bed rest】

1.Allow the area that is hurt or injured to rest for 24 hours.

■*2.【Cooling】

1.Wrap an ice bag or cold pack in a towel before applying it to a painful or injured area.

2.Continue to cool the area for about 20 minutes every 2 hours until visiting a medical institution for consultation.

3.Be careful not to over-cool the area and avoid putting ice directly on the skin.

■*3.【In the case of osteoarthritis】

1.Perform warming by applying a warm towel to the injured area.

■*4.【Stop the blood】

1.Directly apply pressure to the site of bleeding with a clean gauze or handkerchief for 10 minutes.

■*5.【First aid in case of leg cramp】

1.Perform the following slowly. (The key point is to stretch the calves slowly)

Bend the ankle to stretch the Achilles tendon or pull the toes with the hand (If alone, press the sole of the foot against a wall and press on it to bend the foot)

Slowly stretch out the knees and calves

Continue until pain is gone (relax knee extension when pain is gone, but resume when pain is present)

■*6.【Response to muscle pain】

Immediately after exercising, stretch slowly to stretch the affected area.

Basically, exercise that does not place an excessive load on the affected area is recommended.
