Rash (adult)

"Skin has broken out/has a rash, eczema, blister, urticaria", "Skin is swollen, itchy, red", etc.

There is a rash that spreads across the body or limbs
Has a fever (38°C or above) and severe itching
There is strong pain in the area of the rash
Is experiencing breathlessness. Or experiences wheezing
There is a strong pain in the chest and the feeling of tightening in the chest
Consciousness is disturbed. Or is excited (Appearance is different from usual/Is unable to give a reply as usual)
Is experiencing nausea, abdominal pain, or vomiting
Has a headache
Rash and itching rapidly became more severe
Has a sore throat
Joint pain is accompanied by fever (38°C)
There is redness or rash where an animal/plant/metal/ (accessories, etc.)/drug, etc. came into contact with the skin, and has the symptoms of burning, pain, or itching
Took medication within the past 24 hours
Has traveled abroad within the past month (other than to North America/Europe)
None of the above are applicable.
