"Head hurts", "Head seems to hurt", "Is in a bad mood", "Is unable to stop crying", etc.

The pain is so severe that the child screams
Has experienced a convulsion (seizure)
Consciousness is hazy Or is saying unusual things (is unable to respond normally when spoken to)
Has vomited repeatedly many times (5-6 times or more) Or now only vomits liquid, but is continuing to vomit
None of the above are applicable.
