"Head hurts", "Head seems to hurt", "Is in a bad mood", "Is unable to stop crying", etc.

Has been half-asleep for 8 hours or longer, but can respond normally when spoken to
Vomited or feels nauseous
Condition seems different from usual from the viewpoint of the parents (Responses are unusual/feel somewhat abnormal, etc.)
Fever present (38°C or higher)
Has a runny nose/stuffy nose
Hit head
None of the above items apply
