Chest pain (adult)

"Chest hurts", "There is discomfort in the chest", "Chest feels tightened", etc.

The chest pain was remedied by using a prescription drug (e.g., nitroglycerin, Frandol tape, etc.), but the prescribing doctor has given instruction to return to the hospital clinic after the condition was remedied. Or there was no instruction given regarding response after the condition was remedied (or patient does not remember)
Recently suffered an injury and pain is increased when the body is moved
There is pain when breathing deeply or coughing
Pain is present when pressure is applied
The location of the pain is clear
Fever present (38°C or higher)
Is coughing up yellow or green phlegm
Experiences breathlessness
