Headache (adult)

"Feels heavy- headed", "Has a headache located at the back of the head", "Said that head hurts and fell down", etc.

Feels severely nauseous or vomited
The headache is worse in comparison with usual headaches
There is a terrible pain as if the head were suddenly hit
It's a terrible pain that has never been experienced before
It is becoming more severe
Limbs are numb or have no strength
Feels lightheaded or dizzy
Has blurred vision or other eye symptoms (e.g., vision is dark and cannot see clearly, something is wrong with vision)
Unable to move
Says unusual things. Eyes do not meet. Or consciousness is hazy
Experienced convulsions (seizure)
Does not reply when called
