Suddenly acts strangely
The way of speaking is unusual. Or speech is incoherent
Does not listen to others
Is acting violently or behaving differently than normal
One of the limbs does not move, or the movement of the limbs is poor, or the limbs have no strength
Has suffered a head injury
Head hurts severely
Vomited
Convulsion (seizure) occurred
Has just drunk excessive amount of alcohol
Has diabetes
Liver has been identified to be in poor condition. Or jaundice (condition in which the skin and white of the eyes become yellow) is present.
Abnormal pulse (e.g., arrhythmia, pulse skipping, disordered pulse rhythm)
None of the above are applicable.
