Hypertension/high blood pressure (adult)

Has high blood pressure and chest pain
Is experiencing breathlessness. Has difficulty in breathing
Consciousness is disturbed. Or is excited (Appearance is different from usual/Is unable to give a reply as usual)
Has vertigo or lightheadedness
Numbness of the limbs is continuing
Feels severely fatigued
Diastolic (lower) blood pressure is 140 mmHg or higher
Has been previously identified as having an abdominal or thoracic aortic disease
There is blood mixed in with the phlegm
Has a nosebleed
Systolic (upper) blood pressure is 160 mmHg or higher or Diastolic (lower) blood pressure is 100 mmHg or higher
Is 20 weeks pregnant or longer or pregnant but does not know how many weeks pregnant
None of the above are applicable.
