Has dizziness, nausea or vomiting

Is unable to stand the numbness. Or severe pain is present

Has difficulty hearing. Or experiences ringing of the ear

Undergoing treatment for hypertension. Or has been identified as having hypertension

Has symptoms of heaviness, stiffness, or pain in the neck

Has symptoms of heavy breathing, dizziness, trembling of the hands, face, or lips, or numbness

Recently lifted a heavy object. Or performed unreasonably straining exercise

None of the above are applicable.
